Hi everyone.
I have been smoking weed for about 4 years and smoke everyday (unless I'm broke). Most of the time I smoke to help with my chronic pain. I feel it is the quickest and practical way to relieve a large amount of pain.
I have been trying to cut down on my smoking and not having much luck. I always find an excuse to go to my mates and buy some green.
But the last 2 days I haven't smoked at all. It hasn't been easy , I have had to stay up longer than usual before bed, but I just watch a few tv shows on my laptop to get me to sleep. I have also been drinking some tea around bed. Which some one told me has too much caffeine , but i asked my dietician.
My chronic pain has not been great. I am still feeling dull pain as usual.
But my head is a lot clearer which makes it easier to deal with.
I hope to sleep without having to smoke. I find it quite hard to rise on the morning when i'm smoking and on meds.
I will let you guys know how long I last. Honestly :)
You have my fully support Jordan , I would love to see as you will break this habbit.
