Today I want to share with you the recipe of Ferrero rocher with Marijuana.
Some of my friends love smoke weed, while my girlfriend loves to eat ferrero rocher.
So the idea, why not combine the weed trip power with the taste of Ferrero rocher?
And so it was... magnificent.
You can' t find this recipe on the internet because it's my creation.
Before make our special Ferrero rocher, we must decarboxylate cannabis .
Ingredients:
5 grams (0.18 ounces) of Cannabis finely ground
Preparation:
Step 1: (Decarboxylate cannabis)
In order to decarboxylate cannabis at home, all you need is some starting material, an oven set to 220 degrees Fahrenhei or 105 degrees Celsius, some parchment paper, and a baking tray. Finely grind your cannabis until the material can be spread thin over parchment and placed on your baking sheet. Allow the cannabis to bake for 30-45 minutes, or longer if desired. This process serves to activate the THC, without losing its psychoactive effects.
Now we can make our special Ferrero rocher
Ingredients for about 20 Ferrero Rocher:
Hazelnut chocolate 200 g
Fresh cream 30 g
Chopped hazelnuts 60 g
Whole hazelnuts 20
Water 30 g
White sugar 70g
FOR COVERAGE
Fresh cream 50 g
Gianduia chocolate 100 g
Preparation:
Step 1:
Use a knife to chop the chocolate.
Put on the heat a large saucepan with the cream.
When the cream reaches a boil, remove from heat and pour the chocolate and your cannabis decarboxylated . Stir with the whisk and until it is completely melted and without lumps.
Transfer it in a bowl and let cool and then place it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2:
Meanwhile, caramelized hazelnuts: Pour water into a small pan, add sugar and heat it over low heat to dissolve the sugar.
Monitor the temperature of the syrup with a food thermometer and when it reaches 116° turn off the heat and dip in the whole hazelnuts stir until the mixture becomes dense. At this point you turn the fire under the pot and melt the sugar thoroughly over low heat, until it will purchase an amber color.
Transfer the caramelized hazelnuts on a tray lined with baking paper, separate the nuts to prevent them from sticking to each other.
Step 3:
Compose the chocolates:
Take the chocolate compound from the fridge.
Take a caramelized hazelnuts and cover with chocolate compound forming a small ball. Transfer it on a tray lined with baking paper and put them to firm up in the fridge for 5 minutes. After that, roll each chocolates in the bowl with the chopped hazelnuts and put again them in the fridge.
Step 4 (the last step):
Use a knife to chop the Gianduia chocolate .
Put on the heat a large saucepan with the cream.
When the cream reaches a boil, remove from heat and pour the chocolate. Stir with the whisk and until it is completely melted and without lumps.
Take the chocolates you have made and dip them into the sauce to cover completely then put them in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Your delicious ferrero rocher with marijuana are ready to be enjoyed.
