We, the stoners, love a good blunt. But is there a better one over another? The answer to that is a solid hell yes. Blunts have been around since the mid to late 60s in America, back when smoking cannabis was starting to be made popular. They still have a heavy presence today and are a favorite among stoners across the country. Let's find out which blunts are the better choice for your next trip to the quick stop.
- Game
Games are very easy to roll and they're great if you're in a hurry. BUT they will burn very quickly and the taste will not be the best. Games go for 99 cents for a pack of 2 and are very easy to find.
- Swisher Sweets
Swishers are fantastic for people that love bold flavors and a quick roll. Swishers have bold flavors and every hit is large and milky. Swishers, however, are in the same department as Game wraps in the sense that you get a 5 minute session and that's it. It burns very quickly and even quicker for the experienced smoker. Swishers are a great price of, you guessed it, 99 cents for the flavor, but nothing much else.
- Royal Blunts XXL
XXLs are for those who love a fat ass blunt. You can easily roll a 2 gram blunt and have room for plenty of airflow. XXLs burn slowly due to their larger size among other blunts. These blunts taste amazing, but you have to know which ones to pick. If ever given the opportunity, do not pick the hemp flavored XXLs. They taste like grass clippings. I recommend Purple Haze (Cotton Candy) or the Chicken and Waffle. They are delicious and well worth the buy. They run for about 2.00 each and are really only found in headshops, but the next time you're passed by Royal Blunts XXLs, give them a try.
- White Owls
White Owls are excellent for a slow burn and offer select flavors that are bold. They last a very long time, but they are an absolute bitch to roll. I can't tell you how many times I've fucked an Owl up just trying to seal it. White Owls are fantastic for a stoner who loves flavor in a blunt, they offer fruity flavors that make excellent aromas. They run for 99 cents for a pack of 2 and are a great buy for a long burn and flavors that stand out.
- Backwoods
Backwoods place 1 on this list for 3 reasons. 1, slow burn. The tobacco leaf wrap when wet burns slower than anything I've had. 2, taste and aromas. The Backwoods cigar comes in many different flavors from the most common Honey Berry, to the most rare, Vanilla. The tobacco leaf smells amazing and makes pleasant aromas. 3, the nicotine rush. The nicotine from the tobacco leaf gets you so much higher that a regular blunt wrap. Sure, it hits you like a fucking train, but once the dust settles and the fire in your lungs is extinguished, you'll feel like a million and one dollars. They come in packs of one for 99 cents or packs of 5 for 5.00. They're not too bad to roll, but they are the perfect blunt for a very heady high.
