Addition you may be able to use just about any app, by just posting the quiz on Steemit and having users go to a separate site to answer.Have a quick look at https://cms.appinstitute.com . I have not used an app for a quiz ever, But I think that might be worth to take a look at.

If I would be fit, I could even create one myself.. but since I’m not, I’ll have torely on external apps.
I only wished there would be a way to automate the process of publishing the last question answered by a participant to be posted as a comment on the contest post... I guess I’ll just have to ask them to leave a comment when they finished the quiz.
