Lately I've been doing some digital editing and coloring on my art!

最近ようやくデジタルを使った編集や色塗りをするようになりました。
ここではそのプロセスを紹介します

Process↓

I don't like to look at "basic methods" like instructions or guidebooks.
So I work everything according to my feeling.

At any rate I edited them, remembering the mangas I've seen so far!

私は雑さや未熟さも個性を確立していくためには必要なプロセスだと思ってるので一般的な方法とか上達メソッドとかは見ないようにしています。
とまぁ、そんなふうにカッコつけて言うものの単に説明書とかガイドブックを読むのが面倒で嫌いというのが一番です(笑)

だから最初の"触り"の部分だけ調べて後は他のマンガのことを思い出しながら適当にフィーリングで編集しました。

This scene was a bit more complicated for me to work on. The editing time is about 30 minutes↓

これは少し時間がかかる作業でした。デジタル編集だけで言うと30分以上かかったと思います。

but if I did it in a non-digital way, it would probably take more than three times as long

しかしこれがアナログだったら3倍以上の時間がかかったでしょうね…

In this page, I wanted to express her (cat) special power in a unique way.
I used digital editing to add some "distortion" to it.

ここではフイ(猫)の力をユニークに表現したいと思いました。
そこで"歪み"を編集で加えました。これはアナログで表現するのは難しいです

Right now I'm enjoying digital skills more than creating manga.
But I will be posting a new chapter in a few days!

今はマンガを描くよりもデジタル技術を楽しんでいます。
マンガのクオリティももちろん上がるし、何よりアナログでの色塗りがすごく苦手だったのですがデジタルだと簡単かつ上手く見えるのが良いです。
ともかくマンガに関しては近日中には新しいチャプターが出来そうですが、しばらくはデジタルで何が出来るかを楽しんでると思います😁
