I bought a good piece of grass-fed steak from the market. However, for some strange reasons, I didn't want to cook the same old, same old steak and frites.
Instead, I ended up making a steak veggie stir fry, which is equally yummy and equally tasty. They are so good to serve on brown rice.
You see, once in awhile, I wanted to change things up and cook something totally different. Plus, I felt like chinese food tonight, hence the stir fry decision.
In addition, this stir fry is full of flavours and healthy veggies - organic broccoli (I kept the stalks and included them in the stir fry too), organic tomato and onion.
According to my research, broccoli stalks are edible and nutritious by themselves. So, there is no way I was going to throw them away!
My dinner was totally satisfying and I am now waiting to watch the Indian Wells Tennis match (Halep v.s. Osaka). It's gonna be an exciting Friday night - Go Halep Go!

I could literally eat stir fry every day you know that!
So easy, tasteful, and actually super healthy. Meat or no meat doest matter at all. Even leaving the vega meat out and just using some nuts in there is the bomb
