I agree that Discord can be a confusing place. I have found that in order people to easily connect in DM they have to share a common group. Are you a member of any groups there? We shall figure this out. :D
I don't think I'm part of a group on it, but I could be wrong haha! I am woman-onthe-wing there too. I'm also on Steemit Chat under the same name if you use that!
