Through controlling the power of habit you can change your life. IF you lead a busy life and are not accustomed to centering and grounding habitually it will be difficult. It is like Plato, Aristotle, and Socrates stressed in the power of habit. You need to ritually (meaning daily) make time to practice and it will become much easier. It is like Aristotle said, "Excellence is therefore not action, but a habit." This concept applies to all things in life. You are what you practice. So the question is the fact are you prioritizing this act to turn to a habit? It only takes 10 minutes. People watch television and waste time on escapism in the west rather then making them productive during this time. The question is proposed: How bad do you want it and are you willing to make it happen?

For me, I have changed my mindset and thinking as I got wiser and more experienced with life in general, so I work on keeping positive and leading a happy life and things have been falling into place for me. So I understand it works, some just have their own way of doing it and get there when they need to.
I am in agreement with you that some have their own way of doing it and getting there when they need to, however it misses my point. It is a matter a habit, no matter what habits we have to make that happen. I was not questioning the individual experience, rather talking about the power of habit to bring this aspect into life if you want it. People can really push their limits by diminishing old habits and bringing in new habits, this can apply to anything we strive for.
