My Road To Recovery From Lower Back Injury !!!

I got tons of messages as to how I got my back recovered. So today I am going to tell you my whole story.
It was March 2017, I was at the gym doing my regular deadlifts, I could easily lift around 160 Kg (my body weight was around 72 kg) and without any kind of support like wearing a belt or gloves or anything at all but this time I was doing just 120 Kg. As soon as I lift the weight, my left hand grip got slipped and the barbell from the left side fell down, boom! Turns out the barbell was slippery from that end and did not have any roughness. That barbell was more than a decade old. After that I could not even stand properly nor could even walk. I slowly dragged myself to my home. I though I broke my backbone.
From that moment, I was so much devastated, I was in mental and physical torment and so much distress. I could not do any daily chores. It was so much intense pain. My life was upside down. I could not sit anywhere properly nor sleep a goodnight's sleep. Even going to the restroom was a such a huge task. I was a fitness freak, gym and running were my life and now I could not even move properly. Weeks passed by but no signs of meaningful recovery at all.
The biggest problem of all was that I was getting married in a couple of months time. Due to this, the pressure and stress in my mind was so tremendous. So many pessimistic thoughts were running in my mind. Nothing good was happening. And there was no glimpse of little hope.
Days, weeks and month had passed of misery, I told myself that I am going to defeat this lower back injury at all costs and then the battle was initiated with this cruel, vicious, callous, and painful injury. I set off by searching on google. I tried many different things. I started running and gym. I could not lift more than 10 kg at gym and even that was also so much hurting.
After a couple of months the pain got a little lessen but it was not diminished. I was a strong warrior, I kept trying many different things to conquer this beast. But there was no significance progress at all. At times, I was becoming hopeless also that ultimately this is my life and there is no winning from this injury. I used to ask everyone at my gym that how can I fix this agony.
After around 8 months of suffering and anguish, I went to the gym and was trying really hard and vigorously to fix my lower back until I saw a new coach in our gym. I went to him and asked him how can I fix my this injury. Then he just made me do this exercise

and then a miracle happened after some sounds of cracking from my back. He made me do this really fast. Means to move sideways with very greater force. My lower back pain was tremendously reduced and minimized. I was filled with tears of joy and I was so much blessed, happy, and content. He then told me to do this exercise

this also showed massive reduction in my ache. I just did not know how can I ever reciprocate to this guy. I showed my unprecedented gratitude to him. I am never ever a supernatural person, but he said that he was sent from God so that I can be fixed and beware next time. After a week or so this superman was gone for good.
This was the turning point in my lower back injury story. I did these exercises for everyday (Only Sunday was my Off). Just after a week, my pain was minimized to 10%. Almost in a month, my pain was all gone. And I was so much flabbergasted. I tried searching for that magical coach, but I could find him anywhere. Now I do always pray for him.
That angel changed my life instantly, I can easily lift deadlifts of more than 120 kg and this is the video just after my recovery (https://www.facebook.com/mrhappy18/videos/1096305900471843/), I have lifted even more weights than this. I can now easily run more than half a marathon distances. During injury I could not do squats now I can easily do of weights more than 120 kg. I can even do a thousand crunches now.
In 10 months time, all pain and ache has vanished completely. In conclusion I can say that the product of these fixed my lower back.

Increase the number of sets+reps every week !!! Do this faster and with intense force - Leg Raises (All variations)
- Running
- Do not do crunches at all or any exercise that may bend your lower back
So this was my formula for winning my battle against lower back injury. All these 5 combinations made my recovery very rapid.
