Hive is different to other platforms. Have a look around and see what others are doing.
I keep an eye out for anyone in the UK and produce a monthly list. That could be useful for when people want to organise events.

I'm in Bedfordshire. I've been to previous meetups in the Midlands and London, but there have not been any recently. I also went to two international events in Portugal and Poland. There are lots of very smart people on Hive trying to create amazing things. We are still quite small, so we need to work on getting it heard about. What brought you to Hive?
I will add you to the list for the post next month. I don't tend to update the old ones as that means a few hundred people get another notification.
I have not seen much magic here, but I expect you can find an audience. Have fun with it.

You need to stake more BEER (24 staked BEER allows you to call BEER one time per day)
peakd shows all posts on Hive so it can be anything. You can post a video on 3speak and people will see it there. I just find peakd a good front end with all the features I need. There are some others that specialise in particular content like LeoFinance.
Filtering by tags may help find particular types of posts. Or you can look for appropriate communities.
