I came across this really interesting caterpillar in my garden a few years ago. I had never come across a creature quite so exotic looking and even wondered if it was poisonous.
I figured it would be destined to turn into some colourful butterfly, however after a bit of googling it turns out this is the larva of a Vapourer Moth, which comparatively is quite dull.
Oh wow cool! Looks like he's on his way to a Sex Pistols or a Ramones concert lol So weird how come of the coolest caterpillars end up as relatively dull moths lol
