I agree that cryptocurrencies might feel that need. I am really hoping that can be the Steem platform. We will see.

Cryptocurrencies have a lot of promise in that area. A few dollars may not go that far in the US but in the rest of the world, it is a game changer. Steem overs that for most people. Just need to reach them.
