The main difference between the Revolut and Wirex is the control they give their customers with their crypto. With Wirex it is straightforward to sign up to and within seconds you can buy your XRP. You are then free to send your XRP to whichever wallet you want, whether this is on an exchange or private ledger.
With Revolut however, you aren’t free to do this and although you still own the crypto, it’s within Revolut’s pool. Now if you are one of those people that are concerned about thieves breaking into your house and forcing you to send them crypto, then by holding XRP on Revolut you won’t have to worry about this – not unless the thief wants you to send it to their Revolut account and be easily identified.
