These nutrients will provide our organism with whatever it takes to make us feel good. This is simple, it is through a diet with a good variety of foods. Having a healthy diet means eating everything a little. The more colorful your dish, the better! Being exposed to the sun for a long time or at times when it is too strong can be harmful. In addition to skin burns, we may also have sunstroke. So it is recommended to play under the sun in the morning or late in the afternoon, when it is already milder.
