It does look like this bear is sad. She has a sad posture; that is the same way a human would hold their body when they are sad! But sometimes animals do things that look human, but they don't mean the same as when a human does it. Unless you are an animal behavior expert, it can be hard to tell exactly what they are thinking. It looks like this might be a zoo. I think being stuck in a cage would be enough to accurately guess that this bear is sad!
