This idea of love being the only feeling stems from how energy works in the real world. For example something is only cold when it lacks heat. Cold can not move because it is the nothing. Cold is the absence of heat and likewise hate is the absence of love. All negative emotions are an absence of love. So it is up to us to spread the love to make everyone warm on the inside and raise their overall awareness.
