This is in response to @johanniellano Emotions
"Emotion, in everyday speech, is any relatively brief conscious experience characterized by intense mental activity and a high degree of pleasure or displeasure" ~ Wikipedia ~
Sit with those emotions for awhile. Name them. Then, after awhile of being with them, ask them how they serve you. Really feel how they feel. Accept them.
Perhaps it is time to de-clutter. Emotions are like a cluttered desk or closet that need work. Face the emotional clutter of fear, sadness, guilt and anger that you have been storing up. Start with a new transformation of you.
Look at it this way .... emotional clutter is like a tenant that isn't paying you any rent. It holds up in your room taking up space, using your energy and leaves you holding the bill at the end of the month and keeps cluttering up your life with more emotional drama. It leaves you no breathing room for opportunities to flow to you.
Until you embrace your emotions, especially the uncomfortable ones, you stifle your JOY and happiness and continue to pay the price. It's time to evict the emotional clutter in your life. Let it give way to more spaciousness and a deeper level of shining your light in the world. Release the clutter. Open your heart and life to clarity, love, passion and possibility.
You are a shining star, Sis-star!
So much insight! It is very easy to embrace joy, laughter, happiness, but I find myself resistant to the emotions that aren't as pleasant. I am learning to embrace them all, while not attaching to any. And remembering to breathe. Sending you lots of love. Thank you for the response @mazi.
Sending you love and light. And yes, don't forget to breathe. Welcome those emotions that aren't pleasant. Thank them for stopping by and show them the door. They are in your life to show you what you need to know on your Journey. Let it go .... Let it flow!
Beautiful. And great advice!
Thanks!
