For years my husband and myself were trying to loose weight. And then we loose some and then we are back to were we were.
But this time we are going to try something new.
And hopefully we will push through the temptations and not give up.
It's really difficult with kids in the house as there is always something nice. Like biscuits, chips and sweets.
But this time I decided we ALL will be taking on a new healthy life style. I will still spoil the kids with something nice over weekends but it's better and healthier for them in the long run.
Everyone usually starts on a Monday. But I'm going to start on a Tuesday as I want to get everything ready for the week to come.
So yesterday I made my grocery list and today I bought the items I need for the 1st week.
Tomorrow morning 1st thing we will record our starting weight before we have our first breakfast.
