This is such a positive and empowering post! Lately I've been seeing some divisive posts on Steemit as well and it was bothering me a lot as it was coming from people who have a lot of followers, a lot more SP than myself and a really big reputation. So they obviously have the power to influence people and they are using it but not for the greater good. I don't think you will see this comment as you have hundreds of comments on your post but I just wanted to say this post is much appreciated! Keep up your good work :)
