All you need to do basically, is remind yourself of your self-love and project that love on the people around you.
That way, it will come back as a boomerang and help you to go easier through life.
I feel sorry for bitter people, feels to me like they don't let themselves to experience love.
Why is that so? Because of some past trauma or an unhealed wound?
Wound and traumas are here to remind us of how important love truly is, since only with right amount of love you can get yourself of that kind of situations!
So don't forget, always practice love. You can practice it every single moment of your life, in every thought - word, action. :)

Many a time, I feel worried and sad about the things that happens in our everyday life. I think about the children that happens to be orphans in the street and the type of harsh life they find themselves living sometimes it feels like they are loved by nobody and nobody cares about them, they get involved into shady stuffs just to earn a living. I am very certain that if they where given a better option, if they where shown just a little love they would prefer to live a better choice.
We have the rich in the society who may be able to offer a helping hand for them to get a better life but simply because they do not care about who lives or who dies, they just live the powerless to fend for themselves.
I happen to be a victim of my circumstances after I lost my parents and I feel so sad that the people around acts like that they don't love or care about our lives.. I had always wished for a better life for myself but it turns out that not all wishes come to pass.. I feel so sad within me and I could just keep writing over and over expressing the sad feeling I have been having lately but I have to lay down my pen here. Thank you very much for the post.

One might ask how do I love myself when I am not perfect and so on. I reckon that you do not feel that you are not perfect, it is only what society, family, friends and television told us that we are trying to measure up to. The skinny models (often unhealthy looking), the rich are not a good example, they might not even be happy. I am not saying that rich is bad, not at all. It is not a measure of joyful life though.
However deep inside of me do I feel perfect? YES AND YES. It is a kind of perfection that is loving, warm, confident, sharing-if we can connect to it we can be joyful. Many are.
