The web based wallet loopring.io is now online!

Loopring officially dropped whitelisting and this web wallet is now available to everyone.
Loopring has finished their first round of invitation-only testing and have received a ton of feedback for future versions of this wallet! Which brings me to my next point...

New Wallet Design

The team is working on a new wallet that has a fresh user interface design for a better user experience! They are not developing this wallet based on the current codebase, but have created a completely new project called Loopr2 for beta2. This is from Daniel Wang's twitter:

We admit this MVP (beta1) wallet works most the time but sucks in user experience. A brand new version is close to a design complete.

We should be seeing the new Loopr2 wallet very soon!

Airdops Incoming

The team has successfully deployed Loopring-Token-on-Qtum (LRQ) and the Loopring Protocol on top of the Qtum mainnet!

They have been brainstorming how LRQ should be distributed to LRC holders and have come up with a solution. By using the web wallet loopring.io you can create a new wallet or "link up" a previous ERC20 address containing LRC. You can link the address using a downloaded Keystore file. Once you are signed into your wallet containing LRC, you can then navigate to settings and bind a Qtum and NEO address to your ERC20 address.

The team has not completely finalized their airdrop plan yet, but have announced on their twitter:

"No worry about the snapshot, we will give #LRC token holders enough time. We want our token sale and distribution fully legit so it’s possible to list LRQ/LRN on US based exchanges in the future."

Loopring is changing the way tokens are exchanged.
