Are these eyes real?

I have been doing some fashion show photoshoots while visiting London last year. The goal was to talk to photography community about my startup www.bescouted.com, a new photography marketplace that we are building.
And that is when i saw this model. The look was so intense that no one could miss it. How do you think are these eyes natural? I have the answer :)
