I Had my 5th Cherry Aid drink (that I wrote about in my last post) In taking this as it has natural Melatonin that is the hormone that regulates your sleep. I'm awake most of the night brain not stopping, can't find a good plane to sleep then fall asleep around 4am as I'm exhausted, last night I was asleep before 2am, now I call that a win. Tonight I've had my Cherry drink earlier hoping I fall asleep earlier.
My second bottle arrived today, if it continues to work I will keep on buying it, mind it tastes delicious but the price it is it's got to be doing more.
Anyways
My daughter bought an Unsolved Criminal case file for me and her to solve, giving us something to do together. Its called MURDER AT THE MOVIE THEATRE.
We are both Detective Inspectors me being the bad cop my daughter being the good cop. You get all the information you need, Police Reports Interviews, Crime Scene Photos, Newspaper Clipping plus more and a website to go to find more Information or get some hints then another page to go to to enter the name of the person you think who did it.
There is so much to do and gives you loads to think about. Me and my daughter had our notepads and pens writing down little bits, going over statements and evidence. We really needed more space to lay everything out or a desk plus whiteboard to pin everything up, it was really interesting but difficult when you have it all resting on your lap. At one point my daughter was going to get on the floor to lay it all out then we came up with a plan to sort it all out, put statements with suspects, add other information to the correctly named person then put everything we didn't need under the laptop. It worked for a while.
The packs start from 3.5 which is supposed to be easy ranging upwards for the harder crimes. They cost around £15 possibly more for the more intense cases. We are doing a 3.5 first to see if we could have been police women or not.
We got started around 2pm today, we were still at it around 7pm, its put away for us to get back into tomorrow. Its so much fun, would make an ideal gift for a couple. She also bought one for her and her boyfriend to do. I thought about doing one with my hubby but he hasnt got the attention span plus he would cheat. Brilliant fun and really makes you concentrate, I was tempted to go buy some plastic police badges and a truncheon.
I want allowed to just concentrate on the case as I had Luna bringing me her ball every few seconds to play fetch, she's not a dog you can ignore it she will bark at you or stamp her 2 front paws on you until you grab the ball.
I imagine Amazon or the Internet will sell them and probably have more selection. They are definitely worth trying and so much fun, better than watching the TV plus gave our brains a good workout. Hopefully we will catch the real suspect tomorrow.
