📖 "The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn" - Book Love

"Often, the less there is to justify a traditional custom, the harder it is to get rid of it."

Received a great gift from my brother and his girlfriend. An epic golden copy of "the great american novel" The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn by Mark Twain! The Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry stories are actually somewhat autobiographical based on Twain's early life in Hannibal, Mississippi. Read this back in school and am looking forward to how I'll interpret it now. It also includes his other novels "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer", "The Prince and the Pauper", "A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court" and "Pudd'nhead Wilson". The book itself is really pretty, heavy, good paper and a shiny surface that reflects the light. A true classic that I recommend for every librarly. Such a lovely tangible objects makes reading even more fun. What was it? "Books fall open, you fall in."
