The issue with a free trading world and decentralized is that anyone can pretty much hard fork a successful coin and take the name of it confusing people and making them think they are buying into something better and greater when in fact that is never the case. (or at least to this point has not been)
As of Sunday Litecion forked into litecoin cash at a rate of 10:1 so every 1 litecoin you had is now 10 litecoin cash. The issue with this however as many of you I am sure know is its not the easiest thing to get your hands on these forked coins which means the real value of these coins are wildly off since so much in pinned up in accounts that either the wallets wont support the fork or just lack of understanding from people who do own litecoin or bitcoin etc.

Noticing a bit of a pattern here...
The one big takeaway with litecoin cash is that is it mined using bitcoins SHA-256 which could take away mining power from bitcoin and allow for all the juicy mining power to start to be split up between some new coins.
Is this fork trading on any exchanges yet?
Has to be as the value has gone upwards of $7 so far just not sure of the platform yet.
I've gone ahead and claimed mine.
Perhaps I can still get a bit of value out of my old ASICs gathering dust.
Its possible I have yet to look into the difficulty on mining it or how Ltcc does their difficulty updates.
How do we claim it? I have some LTC in my Exodus wallet.
Exodus did not support it so its up to them to add it
I am probably ignorant, but I know of only one really successful hard-fork which resulted in two separate directions of development: Etherium from the original which was renamed Etherium Classic.
Yup ETHC was the beta version for ETH, But since then there have been forks after forks because its quick easy money for the creators.
