Luke 12 vs 15

''Then he said to them, “Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; life does not consist in an abundance of possessions.”''

Very little is needed to make a happy life; it is all within yourself, in your way of thinking.
Its not a matter of what you have or don't have, but what you have chosen to be content with.
Learn to enjoy every minute of your life. Be happy now. Don't wait for something outside of yourself to make you happy in the future. Think how really precious is the time you have to spend, whether it's at work or with your family. Every minute should be enjoyed and savored.
Today I choose life. Every morning when I wake up I can choose joy, happiness, negativity, pain... To feel the freedom that comes from being able to continue to make mistakes and choices - today I choose to feel life, not to deny my humanity but embrace it.

This is the only way you can remain content and hence emit joy to those around you
