For those of you who celebrate Christmas, Merry Christmas!
As we near 2019 and all the promise of the New Year I hope you reflect back and are proud of your progress.
Maybe you aren't where you want to be just yet and the truth is..
None of us are.
I still have soooo many areas of improvement every year I feel like I am starting on a whole new set of weaknesses to eliminate and strengths to improve, and that, is OK
Don't beat yourself up if you aren't where you wanted to be, it is a waste of time and takes your eyes off the ability to impact others.
I hope that you are able to take time today and this holiday season to reflect on the things you DO have and the things you DID do and have gratitude wash over you.
At one point over 27,000 people died of dysentery each day from not having clean drinking water, IF you have water to drink, you are doing better than many on this planet.
