There is no alternative to sleep for a healthy body at night. To live a healthy life, we need at least 7-8 hours of sleep at night. But one study found that 40 percent of the people sleep less than this. If you don't get sleep properly at night, there are many responses is created in your body. To stay out of these responses you need at least 7-8 hours of sleep at night daily. If you do not get enough sleep every day at night, this problems can crush you.

Abdominal Disorder



If you sleep less at night then you may have problems with your stomach. Inability to sleep less during the night, 'Inflammatory Bowel' may be affected in your stomach. Apart from this, the problem of acidification increases and there may be more stomach problems.

Weight Gain Problems



There is an intimate relationship between weight gain & sleep. This problem arises if you can not sleep at the right level. If you don't get enough sleep at night or woke up at midnight, your hunger for snacks and calories-rich foods will increase. As a result, your body weight will continue to grow. To avoid this problem try to get enough sleep at night.

Headache & Migraine Problem



Headaches and migraine are associated with low sleep at night. Recently, some researchers said that due to lack of adequate sleep, migraine and headaches can be seen.

Cold Problem



If you don't get sleep properly at night, you may suffer from colds and cough etc disease. One study found that people who sleep less than five hours per night have more cold problems than those who sleep more than seven hours of sleep. Also, body weight and other factors become insignificant. To avoid cold problem try to get enough sleep at night.

Irritating Temperament & Mood Swings



It can cause irritable temperament & mood swings if you do not get good sleep at night. It is seen in many cases that the tendency of being distracted if a slight obstruction occurs.

Eye Problems



Sleep deprivation cause eye problems. Some researchers say, due to lack of good sleep, problems arise due to tunnel vision, double vision & blurred vision. The longer you stay awake, the more sleep problems will increase. So try to get enough sleep at night.
