Garlic, besides used for cooking spice is also rich in health benefits.
MagazineKartini.co.id - We almost know all the beneficial effects of garlic. This is because garlic contains a medicinal herb called alicin. But most medications recommend eating raw garlic, which we mostly dislike. In addition, eating garlic can cause a burning sensation in the stomach and throat.
So is there another way to get all the benefits without actually eating the garlic cloves? Here is one method that is very different from all other garlic treatments. Try for 10-15 days, and you may start to feel the beneficial effects of garlic.
1. Place the garlic clove in your mouth.
Let until you salivate. Then, move-move the garlic clove in your mouth to salivate more.
2. Do the first time in the morning for 30 minutes.
Let the garlic remain in the mouth for approximately 30 minutes.
The beneficial properties of garlic are mixed with saliva, then enter into your body. When the healing effects of garlic reach the bloodstream, the lymphatic system and capillaries will be cleansed. In addition, garlic is good for oral health, although it smells bad.
Banish the saliva left in your mouth. Brush your teeth and chew some mint leaves to get rid of the smell of garlic in the mouth.
It enhances immunity, increases appetite, prevents flu, anemia, respiratory problems, and bronchitis treatment. In addition, this method is also useful for overcoming problems in your bladder and kidney. This method can also reduce symptoms of chronic cough and prevent the formation of kidney stones.
If you are allergic to garlic, do not ever try this treatment. If you already suffer from bad breath, garlic can make things worse. So, consult your doctor before trying this treatment. (Photo: illustration)
