Some countries make it a little challenging to get over the regs.. but Earthships have passed the tightest domestic building regulations in MANY countries including:

USA
UK
AUSTRALIA
FRANCE
NETHERLANDS
GERMANY
BELGIUM
JAPAN

and many more i think!
