I still think that we will have a reckoning (pendulum swing) summer 2025 - 2026 where a new "Nuremberg" style trial will call out most of the elite misconduct. Clif High called it the "Global Grandmothers Meeting".
This will likely spark a hot war as these criminals panic and try to start something to distract and get out of trouble. It worked in 2001 with Bush being investigated by the FBI right before 911.
I don't think they will be this lucky next time. However, the true architects of human misery most likely will escape into the shadows while they trot out the infamous covid faces so they can say "see we fixed it, you can trust us now". That trust most likely won't be back for more than a generation.

Just as agriculture enabled the survival of human societies after the Younger Dryas event that decimated the natural environment and extinguished 77 genera of megafauna that were integral to human survival, and the ~7k years of rapid sea level rise that followed leaving the former coasts ~100m underwater, decentralization of the means of production of modern tools and architecture changes the potential outcome of democide.
