Cara memakannya pun cukup mencampurkan singkong yang telah di rebus dan di perkecil seperti di gambar lalu di aduk dengan parutan kelapa. Selanjutnya kita tinggal makan makan tersebut rasanya cukup enak.

Ade sangat terkenal di aceh. Sebagian masyarakat aceh sering menyebutnya bingkang boeh ubi. Untuk aceh sekarang ini sedang populer dengan yang namanya Ade Kak Nah, namun ade kak nah itu merupakan nama sebuah Brand.

Banyak warung yang menjual tapai di sepanjang jalan saree. Kota kecil ini banyak menghasil kan singkong. Olahan yang paling terkenal adalah tapai saree. Di sini tapai di produksi secara masal. Hampir setiap rumah membuat tapai di daerah ini. Hal paling sulit dalam membuat tapai adalah menciptakan aroma atau rasa manis tanpa meninggalkan aroma singkong.
