Most of the successful person wake up early. There's a lot of thing that you could do in the early of the morning.

And this is the 7 morning habits that could maybe can change your day.



Let the natural light fill in your room.

Morning sunshine is good for your health and it also can boost up your mood. Exposure to the sunlight makes the brain to released the hormone called serotonin. This hormone help us to feel calm and stay focus. Without the sunlight, it will makes the level of the serotonin decreasing and can low down your mood. In addition, without enough exposure of sunlight, it will lead to the depression problems.

Take a deep breathe.



Just open up your window and take a deep breathe. There is nothing good than the smell of morning air unless you live next to dump. In fact that by inhaling the fresh air can made you happier. What is more important than being happy huh?

Watch an inspiring or motivational video.



Early in the morning, we need something that can make we feel motivate. You can watch a short video around 5-7 minutes to activate your inner beast. This will keep you motivate for the rest of the day.

Meditate for a couple minutes.



You don't need an hour to meditate, just take around 10 minutes to perform the ritual. For the most of the people, showering is a must as the morning ritual so you could do your meditation while you are showering. Besides, it help you reducing the time between showering and meditating, I do practise this daily. What will you need to do is keep focus and let the water from the shower flow over your body. Also let the negative thing flow with the water. Imagine that you are in the deep of the jungle and sitting on a rock near to the waterfall, use your imagination. Meditation can help you to reduce the stress. It also can help you to keep focusing on your own goal and it will help you to increase your memory. Thus, meditation is good for your mental and physical health.

Eat nutritious food.



The most important thing is don't skip your breakfast. It help you to feel energetic until your lunch. You could get a small bowl of berries or a banana, remember to change your breakfast menu to fruits. It is more healthier.

Drink coffee or other beverage that could make you feel calm.

For me, morning coffee is a must. The smells of the coffee makes me feel calm. It also help me to stay focus and not to feel sleepy in the morning time. If you are not a coffee person, just change the drink, maybe a cup of tea or a warm lemon. Before this I have read an article that suggest us to get a cup of a warm lemon(without sugar) in the morning. It has a lot of benefit from the lemon itself. But I can't replaced my coffee to the lemon because coffee has become a part of my morning routine since I was in the school.

Make your bed.



It seems like a small task for us but I'm sure that there is a lot of us that did not make up our bed. Some said that, the big success begin with a small achievement. Honestly, sometime I also did not make my bed. I'm just feel lazy on that day or woke up late and did not have a time for that.




In conclusion there is still a lot of good morning habit that could we make as a part of our routine. I'm just listing the habit that I could do. Maybe you can do more and make sure to consistently doing it until it become you habit.
