I had this happen to me with a little dog when I was a kid. Took him in for a week because he was lost, after that the owners found him and took him home.
Needless to say, I was devastated.

Needless to say, I was devastated.
We definitely felt the same... A punch to the gut. But its hard to be upset when you see it going back to its owners. :/
