Tunisia is a country situated in North of Africa. In 2011 , the system was changed thanks to a revolution, but the corruption increased notably.
One of the reasons of the increase of corruption is that many "politicians" that were mistreated before the revolution started working again and controlled the political scene, using the affection of people to their advantage.
In Tunisia , every year , ministries and public societies buy the same products -even if they don't need them - for the sake of spending the budget. Products like air-conditioners, desks...etc And the government doesn't even reduce those budgets and doesn't allocate them in a better way to improve the infrastructure ( roads , schools ,...etc). Also , every year, workers and employees stop working demanding a pay rise. The government can only increase their wages. With wages getting bigger , the budget is getting smaller and the taxes and product prices are getting higher. All this means that it's "costly" to live in this country and that the infrastructure is not helping the economy.
Add inflation to that , and you have got a currency losing value, and foreign investments getting rarer. And to complete the misery , it is hard to make a Paypal account and to make online transactions. And even if the government has made a card in which you can use it to shop online , it's limited only to educational purposes. So developers find it hard to work using their skills.
I'm 18 years old , and unfortunately the infrastructure and the mentality of this country isn't helping the new generations to discover and ameliorate their skills.
After all Politics is a dirty game !
