Super easy way to start meditation there are some very useful and effective steps to get started
*first question comes in our mind and that is " Where to meditate ?"
there is no any specific way to perform meditation ,it is an exercise of mind . You can you it while sitting in the chair ,lying in the bed or sitting in the ground. but you should not meditate in bad because it give signal of sleeping to your brain.
back straight sitting is the most considered and benificial way to perform meditation.
Sit comfirtably with straight back posture, back bone should be straight. Head should be leveled .Closed eyes during is very recommended to concentrate.
There are so many ways to do meditation but there is most common taught meditation is "MINDFULNESS BREATHING MEDITATION"
Only you have to observe the breathe , nothing else ( so simple is that, isn't it ? )
Inhale and exhale. don't try to control your thought just watch them , just focus on breathing
observe the way of transition of air and exhale , observe every single aspects of breathing , do not judge it only feet it .
do not criticize. It will lead to relax your thoughts.
Our brain is just a muscle and through meditation we train our brain to focus on one thing on one time. That's the secret of concentration and focus.
