Principle 1 - The Path of Abundance Consciousness is Actually the Path of Well-Being

When you feel good, you attract more of that same energy. People feel good around you because you feel good about yourself. This in turn draws people toward you more and more every day. The key then is to have something to offer them and to be organized in such a way that an exchange can take place, usually in the form of money.

To feel good, you have to develop a healthy dose of self-awareness and energetic sensitivity. Then you can recognize signals and feedback from your own awareness and the body’s energy field as to what resonates as good for you and what does not. This helps you navigate through the world and builds up a momentum of “feel-good” energy, which people start to sense and feel in you. Essentially, we create an atmosphere around us.

Well-being involves being able to listen to the sensations in our bodies.

Building up this feel-good energy helps us focus, have determination, insight and wisdom which we can then easily turn into wealth and abundance.

The main problem here is that people have lost touch with what they are actually feeling on the sensation level. They tend to lack self-awareness and body awareness to detect what is doing them good and what is not on the sensation level. Watching hours of commercial TV and reading newspapers are examples of what does not “feel-good” to the body.

People tend to follow what sounds good or looks good, or what other people do – not what feels good to them. Another thing to note here is that feeling good encompasses a wide range of experiences and feelings, including contentment, joy, playfulness, clarity, peacefulness and love. These feel-good feelings include those most commonly identified as upbeat and action-oriented, as well as those that are more quiet, calm and non-action orientated. People often associate excitement with being the primary feel-good feeling and discount everything else, which causes a number of problems. This is because unless they feel excited, they can’t relax into what else they are experiencing. Excitement, therefore, is good to have in small doses, but must not be the primary focus associated with “feel good-ness.”

Attuning to feelings of well-being will naturally clean up your vibration, bringing it more and more within the vicinity of tapping into abundance consciousness.
