    Yasmine, yes, I loved The Power of Now, it really spoke to me and I use the principles from it regularly. I find the whole concept of the 'pain body' and clusters of 'pain bodies' very interesting and relevant. Have you read his next book 'A New Earth' (I think I have that title correct)
