Psychologically and mentally speaking when disappointment happens, there are so many things that will comes to your mind.
When this happens to you, you can't decide into something since yourself is focused into disappointment.
You become frustrated.
You can't think clearly.
You feel stressed out.
Lastly, your day would be bad and terrible.
However, you can revert your disappointment into something good and fresh.
