Thoughts intrusive are vampires that steal your emotional energy because you push feel rage, sadness, these are really annoying. Repress only makes these thoughts are more insistent and frequent. Meditate on them, looking for its origin, is the best way to delete them. If it is caused by a dislike or conflict on the other person, it's time to ask forgiveness to him or her. Greetings
