Oh dear I'm so sorry xD I've attempted the banting route, but since I'm vegetarian it's a little more difficult. I try to have my carbs before 2 pm (on normal days). I hope you see results! I've heard it's a speedy way to lose some weight. Good luck!

Well done for being a vegetarian, I don't have the discipline for that! Yes, banting works really well for me. It's the third time I'm doing it and I've had great results before. At the moment I feel like I overdid it over Christmas, so it's time to shed some of that weight!
