I found the said Deadmau5 course not very helpful for beginners right through to professionals. Unfortunately courses like these give the student the false pre-tense that they're going to make brilliant music. All you have to do is check out @jerrybanfield music making videos to see what i mean. The Deadmau5 course is like an overview but id recommend Sonic Academy for a more step by step approach to get faster and better results.
