That happens often. Almost every time actually. It's really annoying but that reaction tells you a lot about them, how they see things, how honest they are, can tell if they're covering things up or trying to hide something. Can tell if they're just fighting for the sake of fighting or if they truly want help. I know a lot about people.
It also says that they don't really read what was said, and think about their response. If one tells a new Bee in a neutral manner why something happened, whether positive or negative, that's simply information (aka help). For example if they get downvotes, then reply to their post asking why, and are told, they shouldn't shoot the messenger! You can bet they won't get any more help from that person, and perhaps not from anyone else who comes across the conversation.
