Well for past 5 years there have been slight changes in my body weight but it have not changed significantly. I am going to tell everyone how I did it for 5 years.
Well first of all it was very easy for me but I have made suggestion for many friends they can not mantain it for proloung period of time. Steps need to followed for as long as you want to maintain it.
Watch you food . You can eat any thing you want but should not eat large amount at a time. And don't have long gap between meals. I maintained 2 hour gap and make it light food after 6 pm.
Regular walks and exercise for minimum 30 minutes. It must be in the ratio of consumption of the food.
Don't over do the exercise as you may feel tired the next day.
Even you are with friends and out of regular time always maintain food. Exercise can take a break on such occasion but not the food habit.
Take water in small quantity and but make sure don't make your body thirsty.
Make sure every one in your family understands your dedication towards your body.
Enjoy outdoor sports at least once a week.
Make your self active through out the day never say tomorrow to any thing.
