There will come a time in life where hard times may occur. Those hard times will either strengthen you or make you weaker. For those who have never experience hard times and have had it easy for them their whole lives is very fortunate and no it doesn't mean that those who has or still continues to experience hard ships is less fortunate. It just makes us more like warriors because we have the strength to fight and outgrow our battles.
I've been experiencing some hardships and at times I don't feel like waking up and getting out the bed. I admit that when I was at my lowest, I became depressed and didn't feel like going on any more but that was all in my mind. I learned to fight through my battles instead of allowing it to control me. I look for positive ways and inspiration to keep me going.
A method that I've been experimenting is picking out a motivational/inspiration quote out of a bag each morning to start my morning off with positive thoughts. What I did was searched for positive quotes, wrote them down on a piece of paper and threw it in a bag. Each morning, I turn over to the side of my bed and randomly pull out a quote. Another method is playing a positive/inspirational audio video and allow it to sink into my mental to help train my thoughts.
When you listen and read positive messages, that will help train your mind into thinking more positive thoughts
