It is not easy to choose peace when we are going tough times,but there are countless ways we can do to create peace of mind.
MEDITATION
1.Take 100 deep breaths.
2.Take a ten minute walk focusing on the environment around you.
3.Practice nostril breathing.
LETTING GO
1.Telling someone that how you were affected by their behavior instead of holding in mind.
2.Apologize for a mistake.
3.Choose to forgive yourself.
CONNECTION
1.Tell the truth in relationships.
2.Have fun with someone you love.
3.Schedule date with yourself,be your own best friend.
CONTRIBUTION
1.Volunteer your time to help a charity you believe in.
2.Do something good to others without expecting anything in return
Practice is needed for peace of mind,stay calm and accept what comes, in do not let the situation destroy your peace of mind.
