in this the author states that school and collages produce a batch of employees and he says if we get in a class in a school or collage we divide the students in to two types A and C
in which A students read well, listen to the classes,memorize well,perform well in the test but if we go to the C students those who are backbenchers who don't do do the things that A students do but do the things that A don't do the C students are creators,innovators,entrepreneurs .
Lets take look at our past when we were kids what were we taught ?we were taught that the life is like this study well,get the grades ,go to a good collage ,and get a good job ,buy a house and a car and your life is settled you will be happy and rich in your life. But its not actually true what the truth is A students are the one who struggle in life because they work as an employee,and are afraid of failure they are afraid to start a company they are afraid to take risks in their life and they search for job.But when we look at C students the innovators ,creators as they have failed a lot of times in their life as a C student they know how to face it and they learn when they face failure instead sitting and crying because they failed which A students because they did not face failure in their life and their afraid of that ,they don't know that some things cannot be learned until you fail that C students know and that's why they start and own a company and A students work for them and are rich than A students and are happy
