I see smiling faces. And then I see sad faces too. I always felt what can be one thing that everyone can be happy about, even when everything is supposed to be going wrong in life. And recently I got an answer:
BREATH
Anyone who is alive can at least be happy for this one good thing that is still happening to the person. If not, he/she would have been dead by now. The very reason you are still breathing should be good enough reason to be happy. Who knows you would have been dead by now but thanks to grace or your good deeds or blessing you have in life, you are still continuing to live here on this planet. The worst that can happen to life is death and since your breath is still intact, at least be happy about it (if nothing else seems a good reason in your life to smile).
Breathing does not just signify that there is air coming in and out and making sure our system runs well, but also that you have time and energy(read: prana i.e. life-force) and all that you need to create a life that you wish for. No matter at what point you are in life now, if you are still breathing you still have reason to be happy and all that you need to create a life of fulfilment and celebration.
You have your breath.
Being happy about it is good enough point to start. Because when you will be happy, you can spread happiness and this is good enough service that can happen to you.
