- I get to start my day in the most meditative hours.
- I get a chance to experience the silence of the morning hours before the city wakes up with all its commotion and rush.
- I get to breathe fresh air as the pollution levels are very low in morning hours. I get my body more oxygen than I could if I get up late.
- I get to do my morning yoga and meditation in peaceful and serene ambiance.
- I feel fresh and energetic for most of the day because I wake up before sunrise.
- Because I wake up early I can not but sleep early. This makes sure my discipline is maintained and I stick to my biological clock.
- It helps me schedule my day much in advance and plan and get clear on how to go about it.
For me, it is a treasure trove and I am minting it for quite long. The perks are huge and benefits are immense. And I will make sure I continue with this habit which is nothing less than a blessing.

So true. I aim for early mornings too and feel all of the same benefits, but finding it hard to stay disciplined. Do you have any tips on getting that first routine right? Just did my intro post so you can find out more about me there!
In my own experience and all I have read, known and tried, only thing that works is a SYSTEM
Building a system will help you achieve it or anything you want in life, career etc. Here is a post by Stephen Guise which will help you

Also there are few people you can read on Medium whose writing will help you achieve it.

And you can follow publications like TheMission and Personal Growth for more such writings and people.
Thanks so much for the tips! I will check all of these out :-)
