Very thoughtful, deep post with a spiritual bend. What I believe is if we can keep our energies pure, high and live with faith in whatever we believe to be God/ Divine, we can keep ourselves safe from all things negative.

Law of Karma says that if something has to come to us, it will come to us, no matter what. People and events are just messengers of those Karma. This is what I have learned from my Guruji H.H. Sri Sri Ravishankarji and this is what I believe in. But thanks to His Grace, teachings and wisdom I feel more protected and in safe hands. When we look back to what happened, all seems as if it was all happening for our own good and evolution.
